The latest survey results extend the trend of recent years and show that Equiniti continues to generate high levels of client satisfaction with the quality of service that we provide. The report highlighted that Equiniti’s Overall Satisfaction score has increased to 91%, from 88% in 2014. Equiniti’s expertise in AGM and Dividend services have been recognised by our clients in the survey results. Our score for AGMs is an incredible 100% and for Dividend Services our score rose 3% to 98%.
