Equiniti Group plc - Board composition

Further to the publication of its Intention to Float (ITF) notification on the 2nd October 2015, Equiniti Group PLC (Equiniti) announces its Board composition from the 2nd October 2015 as follows:

Kevin Beeston – Non-Executive Chairman and Chair of Nominations Committee

Victoria Jarman – Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee

Sir Rod Aldridge – Independent Non-Executive Director

Haris Kyriakopoulus – Non-Executive Director

Tim Miller – Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of Remuneration Committee

John Parker – Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of Risk Committee

Guy Wakeley – Chief Executive Officer

John Stier – Chief Financial Officer

 Following the ITF James Brocklebank, Managing Partner, Advent International, steps down as a non-executive director, leaving Haris Kyriakopoulos (Director) as Advent International’s Board representative.  Oliver Niedermaier has also informed the Board of his intention to step down as an independent non-executive director at the beginning of October, ahead of the proposed IPO.
