Equiniti selected to provide time and attendance solution for HM Passport Office

Cloud solution will serve 2500 employees

Equiniti has been selected to provide a cloud based, fully managed time and attendance solution for Her Majesty’s Passport Office, which has 2500 employees working from 37 locations across the UK.

Thanks to the scalability of the solution it will initially be deployed at HM Passport Office’s Glasgow site and then be rolled out to the other 6 further HM Passport Office locations throughout the UK.

HM Passport Office purchased Equiniti’s solution via the Government’s G- Cloud procurement framework. As a centrally managed web-based cloud platform, Equiniti’s solution reduces the work involved in recording, planning, managing absence, reporting and auditing plus scheduling of employees who work on a fixed or flexible hours working basis.

Equiniti’s experience in HR and payroll, covers processing payments for NHS trusts and clients include the Scottish Parliament, the Electoral Office of Northern Ireland and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, as well as processing payments for 20 per cent of UK pensioners and supporting 20 per cent of work-based pension schemes.
