Ian Stokes is Managing Director of Relationship Management for Equiniti Boardroom ensuring Equiniti maintains and develops strong customer relationships with more than 600 of the UK PLCs. He is responsible for customer retention, customer satisfaction and customer growth and works with his team of industry leading Relationship Managers to ensure that we listen to our customers; offer proactive solutions that deliver real corporate, colleague and shareholder benefit; and drive continuous technological innovation and service improvement.


Ian has 20 years front line customer experience within the industry in a number of relationship management, business development and marketing roles and was part of the management team that was carved out of Lloyds Banking Group in 2007. Ian previously led Equiniti Group's successful Key Account Programme and has personally managed deep and complex relationships with a number of major UK PLC’s including BT and Lloyds Banking Group. He was instrumental in the development of our Shareview web portal and is currently working with the Wells Fargo Shareowner Services Relationship Management team to share best practice as we build an international business looking after 23 million shareholders. Ian also leads our expanding Bereavement Services business working with customers such as the British Banking Association.
