Equiniti's innovative and award-wining Contact Centre has been shortlisted by the UK Contact Centre Forum for two awards (Large Contact Centre of the Year and Improvement Strategy of the Year) at the Midlands and Yorkshire Contact Centre Awards (MYCCA16).
The awards recognise individual, team and company best practice amongst the two regions’ 1500 contact centres – rewarding innovation, team-working, employee engagement, the delivery of superb customer experience and much, much more.
At the final stage of judging, Darren Charles, Head of Contact Centre and his team, will deliver a presentation as well as facilitate a site visit for the panel. The winning entries will announced in November. Darren said:
