Capital Analytics is an independent consultancy which conducts an annual survey into companies' satisfaction with the services provided by their Registrars.
Overall Equiniti has continued its trend of year on year improvement, with this year being no different, and we have achieved our best scores to date in this survey. Equiniti come top in five out of the eight categories in the survey including Overall Satisfaction.

The 2013 scores show that our level of improvement is the best in the industry, even from a position of consistent high scores in 2012, demonstrating that our staff training programmes, technology investments and proactive approach are having the results that our clients have come to expect.
I am particularly pleased with the Overall Satisfaction category, where an industry leading 91% of clients gave us a positive endorsement of our service, a 3% increase on last year’s score. Other notably high scores are the Dividend Service score where Equiniti achieved a remarkable 99% overall satisfaction rating, and General Meeting Management scored 98%.
The high level of scores and increases year on year illustrate that our commitment to continuous improvement is succeeding and I’m delighted that 96% of our clients responding to the survey are willing to recommend us to others I’d like to thank all our clients for their continued support."
