Amy Madden is Chief Customer Officer for EQ delivering marketing, customer experience and sales operations for North America. Amy previously held responsibility for Marketing and Communications across the Equiniti Group. She joined the business in 2005 and has held roles including Head of PR and Head of Marketing, spending six years within the pensions division, including as a member of the Executive committee.
Amy has a proven record of delivering growth, brand value and of effectively managing high profile communications in B2B and D2C environments. Her expertise includes strategic marketing planning and implementation covering brand strategy, growth, client retention, cross selling and proposition development. Amy has a degree in Economic and Social History from the University of York.
