Joe has 20 years’ experience in corporate action-related activities. Prior to joining EQ, he was Head of Corporate Actions at the New York Stock Exchange, with responsibility for all corporate actions, new listings and IPO market data announcements for three major equity exchange markets. He was also a key player in moving the industry standard to a T+2 settlement cycle, which helped US equity markets mitigate settlement risk and align trading with the European markets. Joe has also held capital markets roles at Citibank, JP Morgan and Bank of America National Trust.
Joe is a Board Member of the Corporate Actions Section of Sifma Operations & Technology Society, a Member of the Shareholder Services Association (SSA) and Securities Transfer Association (STA), an Advisory Board Member for Broadridge, and Advisory Committee Member of the Depositary Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC).
