As a member of the executive leadership team, Jim will provide strategic support to EQ’s large-scale clients so that EQ may better serve their long-term goals.
“Jim’s exemplary experience opens up opportunities for EQ to be a stronger, more consultative partner to our large-enterprise clients,” said Todd May, CEO of EQ. “He has deep understanding into building solutions for the complexities of their needs, which will further separate us from a one-size-fits-all approach.”
Jim joins EQ as a 33-year banking industry veteran. He spent 18 years with Wells Fargo running the U.S. Corporate Banking business. Under Jim’s leadership, this division served clients with $1 billion or more in revenue by providing credit for strategic opportunities and services supporting day-to-day operations.
“EQ is building a dynamic platform to serve public companies that will allow us to broaden our value proposition to traditional transfer agent clients,” said Jim. “This innovation, along with the energy and high level of entrepreneurial spirit at EQ, makes it an exciting firm to join.”
EQ continues to look for ways to serve customers’ growing needs in the multi-faceted financial services arena.
“Jim’s appointment reflects our commitment to do more than just maintain relationships with our clients, but rather to provide strategic support toward growth opportunities,” said Todd.
