EQ to exhibit Equity Compensation Services at 2019 NASPP Conference

Tuesday, September 10, 2019

EQ, transfer agent to many of America's leading companies, officially offers Equity Compensation Services.

EQ is set to display its market leading equity compensation software and service at the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) conference in New Orleans, Sept. 16-19, 2019. The service offering extends Equiniti's global employee plan solutions in the North American market, bolstering the already strong Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and Transfer Agent products.

The service has been rolled out to EQ clients previously and “will be a game changer in the market,” says industry veteran Jim Wulforst, who is spearheading North American efforts. A collaboration with Global Shares enables EQ to add the administration of Stock Options, Performance Shares, Restricted Shares and various other plans to its employee plan offerings.

“The addition of Equity Compensation Services has been well received by our clients and by the industry. We anticipate significant growth in the market as our global clients realize the benefits of combining innovative technology with the excellent shareholder service they already value," says Todd May, CEO of EQ.

Equiniti Group manages employee plans for 1.2 million employees globally including Share Incentive Plans, Save as You Earn plans and Employee Stock Purchase Plans, managing assets of nearly $3.8 billion. The EQ team has an average of more than 30 years of experience and delivers market leading administration, management and service to major global brands.

This year EQ’s focus on growth and innovation has seen the launch of new products, including EQ Proxy and Equity Compensation Services, the appointment of a dozen strategic and senior hires and a significant investment in the development of new customer-centric technology.
