Equiniti appoints Mary Plunkett to lead Human Resources in the US

Equiniti Group, the multinational specialist technology provider of non-discretionary payment and administration services, announces the appointment of Mary Plunkett as Executive Vice-President of Human Resources at EQ, its US business.

Equiniti Group, the multinational specialist technology provider of non-discretionary payment and administration services, announces the appointment of Mary Plunkett as Executive Vice-President of Human Resources at EQ, its US business.

Mary has more than 20 years’ Human Resource and Talent experience including executive roles with AIG, Carlson, and The Boeing Company in the US, Heineken in Amsterdam, and British Petroleum and Lehman Brothers in London.

Mary is a respected thought leader, specializing in leadership development, organizational change, team building and executive assessment and coaching. She graduated from St Louis University with a Ph.D. in organizational psychology and previously served as an adjunct professor in Organizational Behavior at Seattle Pacific University and a part time faculty member with the Technological Leadership Institute at the University of Minnesota.

Mary is a board member at Bridging - a charity that helps transition people out of homelessness - and is on the University of Minnesota Executive Education Advisory Board. She’s also involved with international charities providing health and education services in East Africa.
