toggle How can I access my account online?

Accessing the EQ website is designed to be simple and secure. In order to access your account online, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to http://www.equiniti.com/individuals
  2. Click Login under Shareholder Central
  3. Or Click First Time Registration under Shareholder Central and complete the short registration process to create your Username and Password.
    1. If you are a Non–U.S Shareholder, please select Registration for Non-U.S. Shareholders on the top left-hand corner of the page and complete the short registration process. Your PIN number will then be mailed to the address of record for the account.

*Please note the following classifications of ownership do not have online access to account information: Individual IRAs, Corporate Entities, Non-Resident U.S. Citizens, Resident Aliens, and U.S. Citizens Living Abroad.

 

toggle What should I do if I forget my username or password?

If you forgot your username:
1. Visit the Shareholder Central login page and click “Forgot Username”.
2. Enter your email address and click “Send Request”
3. Your username(s) will be emailed to your primary email address on file.

If you forgot your password:
1. Go to the Shareholder Central login page.
2. Click on “Forgot Password” and enter your username that was created during the registration process in the username box and click “Send Request”.
3. The system will send you a one-time passcode via email. Once you verify the one-time passcode, you will be able to set a new password.

If you are still having trouble logging in, please call Shareholder Services at 1-888-999-0032, (1-718-921-8124 if outside USA), or email HelpAST@equiniti.com to verify the account information. Please do not share account details via email.

toggle How can I change my username and/or password?

Please note your Username cannot be changed. To change your password, log in and navigate to the "My Profile" menu by clicking the dropdown near your name on the top right-hand side of the screen, then select Change Password.

toggle How can I safeguard my password?

Make passwords long, strong, and with a minimum of 8 characters. Please note, your password cannot be anything similar to your previously assigned 12 passwords and it cannot be your username, first name or last name.

• Your password should be a mix of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Don’t share your password.
• Have your password(s) be unique and not something that is easily guessed.
• Choose a different password for each online account.
• Write down your password and store it in a safe place.

toggle Why am I not able to register my account?

There could be several reasons:

(a) The social security number/tax ID number entered does not match our records
(b) The account number entered does not match our records
(c) The following classifications of ownership do not have online access to account information: Individual IRAs, corporate entities, non-U.S. citizens, resident aliens, and U.S. citizens living abroad

toggle What should I do if I am locked out of my account?

After five incorrect login attempts, you will be locked out of your account. You may use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password via our easy self-service option. If you need assistance, you may contact us at (888) 999-0032.
