Michael is Group Treasurer at Equiniti, accountable for the strategic direction and governance of the company’s global treasury operations. The function oversees multi billion dollar assets, capital structure, liquidity and financial risk management.
With more than 15 years of senior leadership experience across international organisations - including Cubico Sustainable Investments, Thomson Reuters, and Xchanging - Michael has a proven track record in optimising funding strategies and delivering enterprise-wide financial resilience.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (FCT), the highest professional accreditation in treasury management, and a qualified accountant.
