Stan Guzik serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Equiniti. He brings over 20 years of expertise in technology innovation, cybersecurity, and digital assets within the financial services and compliance industries. At EQ, he leads the global technology division, driving growth, risk management, and compliance.
Previously, Stan served as Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at S&P Global Commodity Insights, where he transformed the organisation into a digital-first company and pioneered the first micro-grid DeFi marketplace. His career includes leadership roles at IPREO and Thomson Reuters, where he helped build the ONESOURCE global tax platform.
Stan holds multiple patents, advises the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission on technology, and serves on Montclair State University’s Computer Science Advisory Board. He is a founding member of the OWASP Foundation, co-authoring the globally recognised OWASP Application Security Testing Guide. Stan holds a Master’s from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a CISSP.
