Will Pritchett is Chief Executive Officer of EQ Retirement Solutions (EQRS) and EQ Customer Resolutions (EQCR), leading two complementary businesses that support pension schemes, policyholders and members across the UK. Together, EQRS and EQCR provide pension administration, technology, payment, customer service and resolution services, helping clients deliver better outcomes across the full pension lifecycle.
Will joined us in September 2026 from Accenture, where he was Managing Director and Global Head of Life, Pensions and Retirement, as well as Insurance Lead for the UK, Ireland and Africa. Prior to joining Equiniti, Will spent more than 25 years in financial services, including senior leadership roles at Royal London, KPMG UK and Royal & Sun Alliance. He has built his career leading technology-enabled, customer-focused transformation programmes and helping complex, regulated organisations modernise, grow and deliver better outcomes for their customers.
