easyJet floated on the London Stock Exchange back in 2000 and throughout their journey, they chose to partner with Equiniti in providing share registration and employee share plans.
One of the challenges they faced recently was how to create an effective suite of flexible share plans when you have a global workforce of 14,000 employees located in eight countries who regularly travel across the globe and at the same time, keeping all those employees engaged and excited by their schemes, even after 13 years. We were pleased to work with easyJet to help them overcome these issues to deliver their share plan which also received various industry awards from ESOP, GEO and Proshare.
We’ve worked with Metro Bank since 2014. Ahead of the IPO, we maintained its private share register and managed its employee and executive share plans, as the growing bank looked to attract and retain key staff. We then supported the next phase of its development, managing Metro Bank’s flotation on the London Stock Exchange, and now provide investor analytics and employee benefits services.
