Sian is a corporate governance expert with over 15 years of experience. She has worked for FTSE 250 companies in recruitment, property, and financial services. Her skills include giving governance support and advice to boards, auditing company secretarial functions, and managing projects like corporate transactions and annual reporting. Sian is also a member of the QCA's Corporate Governance Expert Group which works with boards, investors and regulators to promote high quality corporate governance by small and mid-sized quoted companies.

Emma is a qualified Chartered Secretary and has over 20 years’ experience as a company secretary. She has worked for Prism for 8 years with Main Market listed and AIM quoted companies as her clients. Her experience is wide-ranging and includes pre/post IPO work, full board and committee meeting management and support, annual report drafting / project management, AGMs, compliance with the UKLR / MAR /DTRs and various corporate governance codes, as well as implementing governance frameworks.
