Des Hogan
Market Engagement Director

Des leads many of our engagements with workplace TPA and software opportunities including LGPS Funds and EQ’s National LGPS Framework representation. With industry experience with 30+ years in the field, he works across workplace pensions and the retirement market.

Des’ experience spans: board membership, senior investment consultancy, and actuarial consultancy department head. He’s a pension scheme trustee for two DB schemes.

Nolan Harley
Head of EQ Data Services

Nolan heads our EQ Data Services department, which supports our clients across a wide portfolio of calculation tools and projects for both private and public sector pension schemes. He leads engagements with LGPS Funds and represents EQ on the National LGPS Framework for benefit consultancy and rectification work, while supporting opportunities across other business lines.

He manages teams delivering complex data rectification programmes, including GMPE/GMPR, Remedy McCloud, De-risking, Pensions Dashboard data, and missing value projects. Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout delivery.
