EQ (Equiniti Group plc), an international technology-led services and payments specialist, is pleased to announce that its EQ ICS business has been approved as a supplier for Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) new Software Design and Implementation Services Framework.

The newly established Crown Commercial Service Framework provides a route to market for back-office transformation projects within central government and wider public sector organisations. It is available to all UK Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies.

Services to be provided under the Framework include EQ ICS’s portfolio of case management systems, document and record management solutions, as well as a range of quality management and professional services.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2019/20, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits worth over £1bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Belfast-based EQ ICS have been delivering technology led solutions for over 50 years, helping public sector clients reduce costs, deliver value and drive efficiencies across their organisations.

EQ ICS Sales Director, Stuart Gunning said: “We’re delighted to have been named as a supplier on the newly established Software Design and implementation Service from CCS. This provides us with a significant new platform from which to deliver our technology led transformation solutions to Government bodies across the UK.

We have a long history of delivering systems to public sector organisations, helping them to achieve their goals, and being named on this Framework demonstrates our proven ability to deliver an outstanding service to clients.”
