Jimmy Choo wanted to undertake a fundamental review of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) management in order to give its shareholders more opportunity to participate. Recognising that making it as convenient as possible for shareholders to attend the AGM, regardless of location, would improve participation, Equiniti worked with Jimmy Choo to deliver a fully electronic AGM; a first for a UK PLC.
