What a surprise and an immense honour to receive the award from Murray, Head of ProShare at the Awards, and it’s a privilege to be recognised in this way. It’s great to be working within the employee share plans sector. There’s always something new and challenging to keep me busy, and I love talking about share plans, sharing knowledge and experience amassed over the years! This recognition reflects the support and collaboration of those around me and I want to express my thanks to everyone who has inspired me along the way.
All about Jennifer
An influential and trusted member of the share plans community, Jennifer’s passion inspires others, pushes boundaries, and shapes the industry. She’s been a driving force of the EQ team for 36 years, 24 years spent in the employee share plans business, representing EQ as Industry Director for the last 10 years.
Jennifer is well respected in the industry, her opinions are sought by corporate issuers, advisors, administrators, and industry bodies. She was at the forefront of interactions with HMRC on the return of the bonus rate mechanism for SAYE and industry responses to the non-discretionary tax-advantaged share schemes (SIP and SAYE) call for evidence. She’s a regular speaker at share plan industry events and currently chairs ProShare’s Tax Advantaged Share Plans Focus Group and the QCA’s Share Schemes Expert Group.
She is a frequent face at industry events including those held by ProShare, Irish ProShare, GEO, the ESOP Centre and the QCA. As well as speaking at the London Stock Exchange IPO Forum this year, we also had her on stage at our EQ Conference, where you may have watched her expertly run an Employee Share Plans Question Time session.
