The Company wanted everyone to be able to share in their successes and promote share ownership and collaboration. They achieved this by being inclusive and offering to all job levels, ensuring the scheme was appealing to a diverse set of employees, and that everyone could sign up for the scheme whatever their technical ability or access to the internet.
Having a full understanding of their employees, a bespoke internal communications campaign was launched which created real interest amongst the workforce with lots of questions being asked as to what it meant for them and how to sign up. The campaign helped to bring Sharesave to life and provide them with absolute clarity.
It was great to partner with Derwent London on the launch of their Sharesave plan and we were thrilled that they won Most Effective Communication (for up to 500 employees) at the 2019 ProShare Awards.
