EQ Insight contains information that informs corporate users’ day-to-day decision-making, providing a level of self-service.
Share Registration product users can gain key information about their shareholders and run a suite of self-serve reports. Main features include:
- Intuitive search functionality where you can search by name or shareholder reference number and narrow the search down to a specific product or offering.
- Display of share balances and transactions with the ability to see where shares have been transferred to and from.
- Individual Proxy Votes to see if a shareholder has voted and how they have voted per individual resolution.
- Dividend payments including DRIP share price, shares awarded, cash distributed, dividend payment methods and the payment status of these payments.
- Address and payment details both current and historic.
The reports supply the user with key data to give a more in-depth analysis around shareholders such as their geographical location and an aggregated view of how shareholders have voted at an AGM / EGM both past and present.
Also included are analysis reports of top holders and new holders and a report that will gives a list of holders who have a ‘director’s interest’ or ‘account to be advised’ flag. All of these, together with a full shareholder list, make understanding a shareholder base easy and easily accessible.
SAYE Product users can enquire on all the schemes associated with the participant, past and present. EQ Insight allows users to access key information such as options exercise and lapsed, plus contributions and funds received. Available information also includes whether the participant has missed any contributions, and details of payments that have been made back to the participant, such as repayments and withdrawals and where those payments were sent. Users can also search by National Insurance or Payroll numbers to locate accounts.
Ongoing product development
The development of EQ Insight is iterative, so we’ll keep you updated as updates are made. There are more features in development around our Employee Share Plans, with SAYE and SIP reporting, SIP account enquiry, together with Discretionary account enquiry into 2025. Keep an eye on our updates.
