Thomas DiGiovanni leads our Business Risk and Controls function for Equiniti’s US Shareholder Services. Tom brings over 25 years of financial services experience specializing in first and second lines of defense covering all facets of business risk management. Prior to joining EQ as US Chief of Business Controls, Tom spent over 8 years at Credit Suisse, most recently as Global Head of Business Risk Management for the Asset Management division where he restructured and deployed industry leading risk and control capabilities globally. Prior to Credit Suisse, Tom spent 10 years in the management and advisory consulting industry where he advised financial institutions on risk and control best practices, strategic initiatives, independent audits, and operational optimization solutions. In addition, Tom worked at Broadridge Financial for 6 years overseeing product and client services responsibilities for the Order Management System suite of platforms.
