EQ hires new executive leadership team members to its growing organization

EQ, transfer agent to many of America's leading companies, is thrilled to announce the appointment of two new members to the leadership team, Adam Burke, as Head of Relationship Management, Executive Vice President, and Yvette Bowen, as Head of Transformation and Change, Executive Vice President. 

Adam is responsible for leading the Relationship Management team in retaining and growing client relationships. Adam comes from U.S. Bank, where he was Senior Vice President, Global Head of Sales and Client Relationships. He led the relationship with U.S. Bank’s largest client and, during his time, secured significant new business with clients such as Starbucks, Amazon, Walmart, General Services Administration (GSA), an independent agency of the U.S. Government; U.S. Kimberly-Clark, Kraft-Heinz and Coca-Cola. Adam has a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in finance from University of St. Thomas.

As Head of Transformation and Change, Yvette is responsible for leading multiple change initiatives underway, aligned with the organization’s strategic pillars of service excellence, customer experience, product development and growth. Yvette has extensive experience in global human resources with organizations in the Twin Cities, including LaCrosse Global Fund Services, Curtis Squire, Inc., and most recently, Pavilion Financial Corporation, where she was Vice President, Global Human Resources. She has successfully led enterprise-wide change in organizations focusing on organic growth and growth through acquisition. Yvette has a degree in industrial/organizational psychology and organizational training & development from the University of Minnesota.
