EQ, transfer agent to many of America's leading companies and five million of their shareholders, is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The investment is expected to bring 180 jobs to Milwaukee’s northwest side.
Parkland Place will provide further scale and service capabilities in support of EQ’s 670 U.S clients, extending the existing Centers of Excellence in the Twin Cities, New York and Philadelphia. Shareholders of some of the most recognized brands in America will be served from Parkland Place, through an inbound call center, walk-in service counter and additional client service operations, including managing correspondence.
Forming part of the acquisition strategy, Parkland Place will also strengthen EQ’s resilience, with the location able to handle shareholder operations for the whole of EQ if required.
