EQ U.S., transfer agent and leader in shareholder satisfaction1 and part of EQ (Equiniti Group plc), is honored to be recognized by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Sunday, July 26, as a winner of the Milwaukee Top Workplaces 2020 Award. This award is based solely on employee feedback gathered and administered by third-party surveyor, Energage, LLC. Receiving this award signifies the strength of EQ U.S.’s Milwaukee teams who have been in place since May 2019 when the site was opened in Milwaukee’s northwest side.
Although this milestone will be celebrated virtually this year due to COVID-19, John Horvath, Manager, Operations & Client Services, shared: “It is extraordinary to be part of a global organization that stood up, hired on, trained and produced a fully functional office and collaborative team in the Milwaukee area in less than a year. I work with these team members every day who believe in the organization and will continue to drive the success of EQ’s core business needs.”
The Milwaukee office, EQ U.S.’s second U.S. location, is home to more than 80 team members and six business functions including, Customer Care, Operations, IT, Asset Reunification, Learning & Development and Relationship Management. This office was first opened in partnership with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) to provide further scale to EQ U.S.’s Customer Care, or inbound call center, and to ensure the business' continuity plans.
“Milwaukee was strategically selected because of its outstanding talent, and I am grateful that this group of remarkable team members took the time to express their positive engagement,” said Todd May, CEO, EQ U.S. "Being voted a top place to work is a testament to our Milwaukee employees who play a vital role in the growth, development and quality of our organization.”
12019 results as reported by independent industry surveyor, Group 5.
