With over 30 years of experience in the corporate restructuring business, Lance brings a vast amount of knowledge to the firm and its client base. Lance is well-known in the industry for assisting clients in all facets of the restructuring process, including managing some of the most complex corporate restructurings.
Lance most recently served as Vice President for Epiq Systems, Inc. where he gained national recognition and was involved with many of the largest bankruptcy filings, including Energy Futures Holdings, Chrysler, MF Global and Lehman. His primary focus has been in the development of key partner relationships, including attorneys, financial advisors, investment banks and other restructuring professionals. Lance has been a member of the DRC team since 2016.
Lance began his restructuring career at IBJ Schroder Bank and Trust where he worked with note holders, creditor committees, lenders and other stakeholders. Lance holds a BSBA degree from Villanova and is a member of Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
