Clint Goodin Vice President at Business Development team Introduction and what your role is at EQ
I’m a Vice President on our Business Development and Sales team, leading client engagement and growth initiatives across the Southeast region for Capital Markets and Equity Services offerings.
What office are you located at and tell us something special about this location?
I work remotely out of Nashville, TN, which means I’m never far from a great live show or a packed stadium on game day. Between the local music scene and cheering on the hometown teams, there’s always something happening around town.
What has happened in your career to this point?
I started my career in banking before moving into the equity services space in 2017, where I built a strong foundation in the industry. In 2020, I transitioned to Equiniti, joining our Business Development and Sales team, and I’ve spent the years since helping clients across Capital Markets and Equity Services find the right solutions for their business.
What do you like about EQ?
What I appreciate most about Equiniti is our people and our culture. We hold a market-leading position, but what really sets us apart is how collaborative we are internally and how relentlessly client-first we stay. From the depth of expertise across our teams to the technology and product offerings we bring to the table, everything is built around staying flexible to what our clients need and being truly client-obsessed.
What’s your biggest EQ achievement?
My proudest achievement has been becoming a contributing member of our sales and go-to-market team while helping grow our presence across the Southeast region. Building out that region in a way that genuinely supports our clients and partners, and consistently delivering top-tier service along the way, is something I’m really proud of.
What you are looking forward to in the future at EQ?
Looking ahead, I’m excited about continuing to grow our business presence in the market, building on the recent momentum we’ve created through new partnerships and expanded service offerings across the region.
Fun fact/hobby about yourself!
Outside of work, I love rebuilding old vehicles. I’m currently in the middle of restoring a Jeep CJ8 Scrambler, which keeps me busy on the weekends and feeds my long-time passion for classic cars and trucks.
