U.S. Consumer Portals Accessibility and Browser Support

Our websites conform with the accessibility standards set out by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The W2C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA, serve as website accessibility standards for EQ. In cases where it does not yet meet this, every effort is made to provide an accessible alternative to the same content. EQ continuously strives to ensure our websites are accessible to all.

Disability user groups covered by this policy

Where possible, we have ensured that the content of our websites should be accessible by alternative browser software for users with visual, hearing and cognitive or motor impairments. In line with the stated standards, all user groups should find it possible to locate information and perform functions or required tasks on services administered by EQ. Where this is not always possible, we state an alternative means to carry this out.

It is Equiniti Group policy to ensure that all of the Group’s websites and online material function properly and are tested against all browsers that are used by more than 5% of our site visitors. The following table describes which versions of the most commonly used browsers are supported and provides links where you can update your browser if you need to.
